ABOUT THE CLUB

Godfrey Comedy Club is a nonprofit organization that donates funds and time to help drug programs, the youth, and women's shelters. Laughter will always be the best medicine, silence will always be the best revenge, and love will always be everything you need. A distant cry is lost, but laughter will last forever.

Lavon Godfrey has taken her dream to the stage with a live comedy skit. Lavon begins her show by transforming into a game show host for "Who Wants To Be Paid Mayne?" and ends with a diverse line-up of talented comedians.

Godfrey Comedy Club is located in Hayward, CA, and the show will run every two to three months.

The Club will also travel on wheels as Lavon performs at different venues around the Bay Area. Join Lavon and her fans as they travel by bus or van to her shows. Everyone is treated like a star! Please come out and get comedy baptized!

As of 2016, Lavon Godfrey takes on a new role of healing by laughter. You can find Lavon Godfrey healing the hospice, cancer patients, and elders in retirement homes.
